Becky & Patrick   –  Owners of Paw Pleasers Pet Resort

Becky has worked as a Professional Pet Stylist for 16 years. During that time she had obtained an Associates Degree of Veterinary Technology while working at a couple of well-established pet salons in central Pennsylvania. She then moved to Orlando Fl. to train with professional pet trainers at Sea World’s Pets Ahoy animal show, where she met her husband Patrick, who originally is from Dublin, Ireland and was working as a lighting technician on the show.
Becky returned to the veterinary field in 2002 as a certified Veterinary Technician and gained an in depth understanding of cat behavior working at the Cat Hospital of Orlando. Wanting to expand her areas of expertise, Becky moved onto a local veterinary practice that specialized in ICU and emergency care of both dogs and cats. While helping sick pets was rewarding Becky wanted to return to working with pets that were healthy and happy, so in August of 2006 Becky and Patrick started Paw Pleasers Pet Salon in Dundee, Florida.  After much success they decided to relocate to Flat Rock, North Carolina where they could operate Paw Pleasers Pet Resort while enjoying the beautiful mountain seasons.
Becky and Patrick love being able to spend their days playing with and caring for all the wonderful dogs and cats that stay at Paw Pleasers while their families go on vacation.  In their free time they enjoy spending time with their 2 sons and  SUKI, their 4 year old golden doodle.
